Sunday & monday

Sunday, boy won a bit of money on 4D, he wanted to reward himself, so we are here again at sakae, century square. We went to NTUC to buy some stuff, we bought baby Dylan's mamil milk formula step 2 and some stuff that cost us $80+ in total, I think we are too much a spendthrift.

Monday, it's baby Dylan routine checkup at NUH again, the thought of the usual blood test lingers on my mind, as I knew baby Dylan would be crying his eyes out again. However this time round, the nurse allowed us to go into the room together. As baby Dylan grows stronger, the nurse would need us parents to be around to carry and secure baby Dylan in our arms so that blood taking would be easier, the nurses wouldn't want baby Dylan struggling and snatching the needle off their hands, I can picture that happening. Therefore, with boy and me around, we were able to distract and play with him while the nurse holding his left hand, poke the needle into his vein and let blood drip out, he didn't cry at all. I thought the nurse should have done that long ago to let us come in, he might not have cried so hard afterall. After the doctor visit, we went back home to find mummy and daddy for dinner at "tai guo xiao chi", yishun. This is the first time of the year 2008 that I get to have dinner together with boy together with my family.
