Dylan's 5th Birthday Part II

Cake cutting at celest's place. We had bought food from AMK hub's NTUC and had a sumptuous steamboat dinner before having the cake cutting. Actually Dylan asked for an angry bird cake but in the end I chose the 'transformer look-alike' cake for him.

Dylan's 5th Birthday Part I

 

 19th July 2012, Dylan's 5th birthday. Dylan also skipped school on this day.

For the very first time in our life, we watched a movie (Ice Age 4 - 3D) in the morning. We finished the show at 12.30pm and we headed to the Siloso beach.

We were disheartened when it began to rain cats and dogs at Bishan, but luckily it didn't really rain at sentosa, just a little drizzle here and there.

We all had fun. Dylan was a little scared of the water until he saw everybody started going down to play. He discovered he can stand in the shallow waters to splash at people. I treasure the bonded time, we rarely have such time to play.   The next post will be photos taken after we left sentosa, Dylan's 5th birthday cake cutting session.

Singapore Garden Festival Awards Gala

Had the honour to get invited to attend the Singapore Garden Festival Awards Gala at Suntec, the whole of Suntec level 6 was decorated like a real garden, and even the lift was carpeted with grass. The gorgeous setting of the whole venue was really captivating.

The mockups of garden-like balcony, wouldn't it be nice to have a garden balcony at home!

The food is very good man, I finished almost everything, the main course beef steak is very tender and juicy and so big I couldn't finish.

Macaroons (Sadly I took them home and leaving it in my bag till 2 days later, I totally forgotten about it and they end up in the dustbin)
