School update 3-7 Aug

Hi everyone! My name is Jenna Koh. I’m the latest addition in PG class.

We introduced the letter sound ‘n’ as in nest, no, noodle, Natalie, newspaper and etc.

To reinforce the lesson, the children did newspaper printing for art and craft.

Initially, most of them were hesitant to hold the wet newspaper but after trying out with teacher’s assistance, they produced beautiful paper printings.

We introduced the colour, ‘white’ such as white rabbit, cotton bud, milk and many more. The children were very excited when they worked with the white paint using cotton bud.

It’s PARTY time!

In conjunction with National day, everyone wore red and white outfit to school.

The party kick off with everyone gathered to sing the national anthem and pledge as well as national day songs like ‘We are Singapore’,’ Count on me’, ‘Home’ and 1 people 1 nation 1 Singapore.

This time, the celebration was more interesting when parents and students was involved in creating art pieces relating to ‘National Day’. We displayed these art work along the office lobby. Thank you parents for your time and effort in making this occasion more meaningful.
