Below is an email I wished I can send out to the recipient (I wished I can only).
Dear Rxxxx,
There are company polices, rules and regulations to follow in the organization.
You do not change the company policies in regards to your own benefits. For a request to change any regulations that the company had set, you will need to seek the management approval, and not at your own discretion, creating your own rules.
As mentioned in your previous email, you said you had no qualms about keeping status quo with the current fixed regulation, thus please follow the company policy.
Stop Complaining ! @#$%
