The waitress saw us taking this plate of salmon skin from the rotating belt, and politely asked if we want to have it fried again, so that it's served hot. Nice service!
We didn't plan to have japanese food, we actually went to the kate spade warehouse sale at ubi cresent, only to find out they have sold out their entire warehouse when it is only the first day out of the 2 days sale. We saw many women continue to stream in only to see their disappointed faces, some were furious and had scolded the event organisor for poor management.
