Bowling session

I can't remember when is the last time I actually bowl, but that is definitely a very long time ago. I don't know how to bowl at all. Met up with jiayi, celestine, rujie, pauline and her beau on saturday, went shopping and dinner at marina square, celestine suggested bowling and got derrick to bring her ball after he knocked off from work. My left hip hurts the next day while jiayi suffers from a bodyache, I wonder how come my backside hurts too.
